Created because my miniature pinscher is somehow able to completely melt into the landscape when it is twilight or beyond and we literally lose him for hours.
Made with soft, silicone beads (for comfort and because they come in a million different colors), super crazy ridiculous reflective beads (when you are frantically scanning the horizon with your dying flashlight for your danged elusive hound) and uber glow in the dark beads to help you find your durned dog when your flashlight finally kicks the bucket. Oh, and there is also a removable bell. Because, if all else fails, just shush up and listen.
These are made with super sturdy, double-strand elastic, so you just slip them over their heads and off they go. No hardware required. Sizes can be modified, but the elastic allows for a lot of variability.
